Welcome to your new favorite coffee spot—yes, the brewery. We’re not just about hops and barley here. At Slackers Brewing Co., we believe in mornings that matter, and caffeine that supports communities.
We proudly serve craft coffee roasted by our friends at Jaded Bear Roasting Co., a local roaster that works with smallholder farms and cooperatives around the world. Every bean we brew comes from real people growing real change—through ethical sourcing, sustainable farming, and community empowerment.
What We’re Pouring
Oscurros (Mexico) – Espresso
Our dark roast, straight from the CESMACH Cooperative in Chiapas.
Fair Trade Organic, shade-grown in the cloud forest buffer of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve.
Quality-focused and environmentally conscious.
Marsican (Peru) – Pour Over
A bold, smooth Fair Trade Organic roast with a big heart.
Grown by Women Lima Coffee, a 110-farm collective in Cajamarca, Peru, led entirely by women.
Every bag supports economic empowerment, leadership training, and gender equity programs.
Otso (Ethiopia) – Cold Brew
Floral, fruit-forward, and complex—like a brunch playlist that just keeps hitting.
Grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone at over 2,100 meters.
Processed at a local wet mill and paid at Farm Gate premiums—this is as fair and flavorful as it gets.

Coffee Hours – Coffee All Day!
We’re open from 9AM to 10PM every day—except Mondays, when we recharge — And the coffee’s on all day!
